Participation in A & R's Leadership Development (ETC! Goal Acceleration) program moved members of our leadership team to a strong belief that anything is possible. We learned how to transform frustrations, irritations and challenges into opportunities to learn. Before the A&R program, we collaborated effectively when everyone else was behaving collaboratively. We now also know how to collaborate effectively when others are initially feeling competitive.
