I just finished this book and love it -- I've been recommending it to everyone. It covers concepts I have heard before, but the way they are described and the examples that are given have helped make my understanding much more concrete in terms of how to change the way I approach my work. I have employed some of the concepts and they really do work. Every executive should read this book.
