In a rapidly changing environment, we were looking for a coaching model to support a global team that had to accomplish significant tasks associated with a product critical to the company.  Using A&R's Etc! Goal Acceleration program, we were able to create a leadership team that is aligned, agile and effective at making decisions.  The close collaboration with Judith Anderson helped us to improve team productivity and effectiveness through experiential learning of specific skills, including raising awareness and self reflection.  I would highly recommend Judith Anderson to any team that needs to undergo change while having a requirement to maintain their output.
