A&R has designed a program to fundamentally shift an organization’s culture in five years. The launch point is A&R’s ETC! Goal Acceleration program, piloted for a critical high profile team. Mentoring and “train-the-trainer” programs enable expansion across the organization, focusing on reinforcing productive behaviors, transformation leadership and cross functional collaborative skills.
